Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection – Redditch We offer local collection from our Redditch location. If you'd like to collect your order in person, please select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange a convenient time.

Therapy & Service Bookings Our massage therapy and wellness services are delivered in person at our Redditch location. Appointments are confirmed via email upon booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details on your appointment time, location, and any preparation required. Service bookings are not subject to shipping charges.
