Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At OM Greta Therapies, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect the time of both our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy.

Notice period We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can contact us by email or phone to make any changes.

Late cancellations & no-shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.
• Charges will be applied to the card held on booking or invoiced directly.

Refunds & credits

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will receive a full refundor the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
• Where a credit note is issued, it is valid for 3 months from the original appointment date.

Rescheduling We are happy to reschedule your appointment subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to find an alternative time that suits you.

Circumstances beyond your control We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
